One-to-one Wellness Transformation Coaching
This is a bespoke package that we offer at Stress-Less. During these sessions areas such as exercise, nutrition and mindset training are covered to bring you to a place of wellness. By undertaking wellness coaching at Stress-Less you will look and feel better, become more aware of yourself and become stress free.
Group Community Transformation Coaching via the Stress-Less App
This plans has been created by advanced Stress-Less coaches in their expert field. They have drawn from personal experiences and created the most effective plan in order to get the desired results. These plans do include the 3 elements of holistic health and well-being. Available now is the founder of Stress-Less Fitness' plan on how to learn to manage chronic stress, how to improve your relative strength and to build a nutrition plan for yourself that works.
As a member of the Stress-Less community, you become eligible to come to our regular community events. These events are arranged for like-minded individuals to meet, chat and network in a safe place.
Our flagship meetup is called Wellness is my Way of Life. Here, we encourage our community to join in our movement section where you work with an instructor on mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance and power. Following the movement section, a group relaxation takes place with beverages, and meaningful discussion.
